Timing
Each oral presentation is scheduled to be 18 min long, followed by 4 min of questions.
Material
The amphitheater is equipped with a desktop computer plugged onto a 16/9 projector. External laptops can also be plugged onto VGA and HDMI cable.
Note that the technical staff handling the equipment of the amphitheater highly suggest, that you upload your presentation on the desktop computer (as PDF or Power-Point) to avoid any connecting issues or delay with your personal laptop.
